Abstract

Metrological reliability of informationmeasuring technology, reflecting the ability of measuring the time required to maintain accuracy depends on the accuracy of operations planning, testing and quality control of their operation. The article considers a possibility of using an exponential link of the process of change of failure intensity for control devices of moving objects.
